For our first project in my Art 1 we did an infinity line project, and despite my little hiccups on the way, I don’t think it looks half bad. I don’t do very abstract art and I like how this turned out.

For our first project in my Art 1 we did an infinity line project, and despite my little hiccups on the way, I don’t think it looks half bad. I don’t do very abstract art and I like how this turned out.
So we had to make an “Art is” quote for English and decorate a page with it. So I used this as a perfect time to start getting used to my new watercolors.
I also used masking tape that didn't want to work very well. whoops
Here is my first Visual Journal for Art 1, I call it “Security”. It’s a mix media piece and it took me about an hour and 50 minutes over two days to finish it.
Speedpaint for it should be out later today
I decorated my school supplies and because I can’t post the video of me doing it any where I can at least post photos of it. More detail photos of the supplies under the cut
My Visual Journal #2 is called “Time” And I will come out and say it, it’s not as good as my first one, or how good my third one is going to be. I rushed through this one hour the night before it was due purely because I was busy with other work and put it off. It’s not my favorite, and I would love to go back one day and redo this assignment with more time to show how much better it could be.
However, I did record my process and there will be a speedpaint of this up soon.
At my county fair yesterday I saw my Mancala from 8th grade hung up. I forgot my art teacher entered it in the fair. I made it during the beginning of 8th grade, and I honestly can still say I think it looks pretty good still.
I also painted a rock and hid it at the fair grounds.
can you tell the gay undertone is there? XP
