Yesterday I took a day off from deadline to meet CB Cebulski, Marvel’s new Editor-in-Chief, for a portfolio review. It was a really a short session, but I hope I left a longer lasting impression. I also met a bunch of great artists like Sunny Gho, Alti Firmansyah, Yasmine Putri, Rhoald Marcellius that I really look up to. I’m open for their critique! You need a pair of experienced eyes to see your flaw. I still have plenty of room to improve. Doing some character design for a comic book work-for-hire. I saw this brilliant art work by Jordi Lafebre and mesmerized by his use of flat pastel color.
