I have attended school for 3D animation (had to drop out due to health reasons that are still unexplained T_T), though I will be posting mostly if not all 2D illustrations here.

A quick introduction for new followers. This is me with one of my favorite cameras, a 1950s Graflex Crown Graphic. I am a mid-career artist who focusses on photography, collage (@stephen_sheffield_collage), and the combination of the two. As a working artist, the majority of my income comes from prints sales and large and small art commissions, but I also teach workshops, lecture on various art related subjects, and mentor other artists in all stages of their careers. My better half is the incredibly talented Interior Designer Alison Sheffield (@sheffield_interiors), and together we are raising two amazing teenage boys. After many years and many adventures as a family in the city of Boston, we now reside in the small seaside town of Cohasset, just to the south of the city, where I make art in my home studio and darkroom. I am on the board of the regional art center (@ssartcenter), and coach high school ultimate frisbee (@cohasset_ultimate_frisbee). (I have and use 4 other Speed Graphic cameras, and vintage cameras are an obsession) I am a mid-career artist who focusses on photography, collage, mixed-media (@stephen_sheffield_collage), and the combination of the two. As a working artist, the majority of my income comes from prints sales and large and small art commissions. Former faculty of the New England School of Photography & the New Hampshire Institute of Art MFA program and recent adjunct faculty at the Massachusetts College of Art MFA program, I also teach collage and photography workshops, lecture on various art related subjects, including creativity, motivation and career trajectory, and mentor artists one-on-one in all stages of their careers. My better half is the incredibly talented Interior Designer Alison Sheffield (@sheffield_interiors), and together we are raising two amazing teenage boys.
