So I kinda failed the 100 days productivity challenge, but I am currently writing my bachelor thesis and I don’t really have a choice of being productive or not since I am a month and a half into the time limit (out of three months) and have 600 words…

I am reading my term paper which is the pre-[something] of my bachelor thesis - it’s basically the same topic, I’m just adding and investigating deeper in it now. I am doing some kind of revising. It feels really weird to have printed and highlight your own words like that.

I am extremely worried that I won’t be able to make it in time, but I have still not given up. Wish me luck 😖

These are the books I think I am going to need to actually start writing (for now) and the materials I got from the course I had with Prof. Dr. Van Valin :))))))) I have already requested a magazine in the library as well. I am sadly just now starting to take this seriously.

1/100 days of productivity

It’s 17.05.2018 and also the first out of 100 days of productivity I’m about to have. I had to work today, so I didn’t have time to post the photo I took earlier (It’s 1:30am now). I studied for my oral exam on the structure of the Finnish language and today’s topic was phonetics and phonology - my least favourite out of all! The exam will take place on June 1st, so I don’t have much time - this was the second topic out of six! Anyway, I feel extremely motivated! I started using Pomodoro a few days ago! I also printed out the next five months I have to finish university, so that I could always easily have a look at the little time I still have and never lose concentration! I promise myself to give my best!

5/100 days of productivity 22.05.2018, midnight has passed yet again... I had university today, did my laundry and studied for my Italian course tomorrow. The weather was autumn-y, but I ate some watermelon in the late afternoon, so it felt summer-y at least for a moment :)

Today was yet again research day.

I hope to be finished with▪some▪text until the end of the week. I feel like right now any amount of words would suffice to relax me at least to some extent. The longer this whole thing continues without me actually writing, the more stressed i get… by the hour.

Found some tips on good introductions so there they are.

Some positive stuff from the day: I actually woke up at 8am (which is veeery difficult for me); I went to the library and took the magazine I had requested; I went shopping and cooked stuffed peppers with rice and vegetables (for the first time - they turned out very delicious; the first photo); I researched for around 5 hours; I took a shower; I had coffee & tea; I took care of the virtual farm me and my bf have and I watched some sugar rush. It was a quite long and nice day after all. ☀️☀️☀️

6/100 days of productivity

23.05.2018, soo… it gets worse. It’s almost 3 o'clock and I haven’t slept for a minute tonight… I have to wake up early, but I can’t even fall asleep so I might as well just pull an all-nighter. You’re looking at the materials for a language production course I’m having on Monday, which is a pain in the ass. I read the text and corrected my last homework, but I didn’t get to doing this week’s, because I had major problems concentrating.

4/100 days of productivity

21.05.2018, so I skipped one day, because it was my fourth in a row working as well as studying, so I kinda couldn’t keep up with all of it… but at least I copied someone’s beautiful work on a bj’s cover page for May! (credits to whoever’s idea that was) Sadly, there was nothing pretty about today! I woke up late and spent the rest of the day making notes on the first two topics for my exam and watching Victorious (yep, no kidding, #guiltypleasure of mine)… and now it’s almost 1 am and tomorrow I have university :/

3/100 days of productivity 19.05.2018, breaking the tradition today and posting at 5:30pm! More importantly, three days in and I am feeling more and more motivated! Today, it took me four pomodoros to finish going through the topics for the exam! This means that tomorrow I'll start making flashcards and then each day next week I'll finish a topic. The week after that I will only practice talking about them and making analyseeeees!!! Oh... my excitement is gradually growing as I'm writing! What is happening?!

2/100 days of productivity

18.05.2018, here I am, yet again, posting way too late! It’s once again 1:30am and this will probably (hopefully not) become a tradition… I woke up at 7am after some more than 4 hours of sleep and managed to get out of bed by 8! I watched the season finale episode of Riverdale alongside having breakfast and then I studied, went to university for my weekly Korean course and continued studying almost till it got time for work again! It was a looong day, but I happily look forward to more such days!!! I hope I keep this weird anxiety-based productivity going for some other three months. It will all be over after that.

P.S. The smoothie bar was amazing! I loved its colour more than anything else though!
