#10yearsago I did an #arttrip with #school and went to #NewYorkCity. I miss #NewYork and will always have a special place in my #heart for #NYC. Today though I have a #beautifulpuppy that I absolutely adore and I am glad that she is my #furbaby. I wouldn't have been able to go through #2020 and #2021 as easily without her. A diverse collection of contemporary art, including many site-specific works. This museum is integrated with the hotel. . Artists can choose their own place and meet the works produced. You can enjoy Naoshima's nature, art and architecture together. . These photos are outdoor exhibition in Benesse House Museum. There are many others. . 《Chichu Art Museum》 Most of the buildings are buried underground so as not to spoil the beautiful scenery of the Seto Inland Sea. If you go around the island, you can meet many outdoor works ☺️ . 《“Naoshima Port Terminal” Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa / SANAA》📷 ① This art, which has become a new Honmura landmark, is a waiting room for ships♪ . A building composed of 13 semitranslucent FRP spheres. Complete with a waiting room, bicycle parking, and restrooms. During the day, natural light fills the terior, and, at night, the building glows, creating a magical atmosphere. . 《“Another Regeneration 2005-N” Kimiyo Mishima》📷② A huge trash can object on a narrow path that is a 15 minute walk from the Chichu Art Museum. . 【アートにふれ、直島で過ごすゆったり大人時間　本村編 -Naoshima-】 . 本村エリアを歩いていると、道のいたるところにアートを発見‼️ . 空き缶アートの『よいち座』やカフェはもちろん、民家のオブジェもおしゃれです🎵 (前紹介した『カフェサロン中奥』もこのエリア) . 家プロジェクトへ向かう途中の道もアートを探してみてください☺️ ゆっくり自転車や徒歩で楽しむのがおすすめです👍 . 《よいち座》 細い路地を入ったところにある、たたみ二畳ほどの小さな空き缶アートのお店。 店先でいろんな表情をしたあき缶達が笑顔でお迎えしてくれます。 販売もしているので、おみやげに連れて帰ることもできます。 . . ～Art in Honson aria～ Walking the Honson area, there are art everywhere! ️ . Empty can art "Yoichiza", fashionable cafes, and house's object are interesting for me🎶 (The cafe salon Nakaoku introduced before is located in this area.) . Enjoy the way on your way to the home project. I recommend you to enjoy a bicycle or walk. . 《Yoichiza》 A small empty can art shop in a narrow alley. 【アートにふれ、直島で過ごすゆったり大人時間　本村編 -Naoshima-】 . 本村エリアの見所は、家プロジェクト❗ . 家プロジェクトとは、空き家などを改修し、人が住んでいた頃の時間と記憶を織り込みながら、空間そのものをアーティストが作品化したもの。 . ～家プロジェクトのアート作品～ 《「護王神社」杉本博司》 江戸時代からあった護王神社の改築にあわせて杉本博司さんが設計した神社。 石室と本殿とはガラスの階段で結ばれていて、地下と地上とが一つの世界を形成しています。 . 《はいしゃ 大竹伸朗「舌上夢／ボッコン覗」》 かつて歯科医院兼住居であった建物を、大竹伸朗さんがまるごと作品化したもの。 (大竹さんは、先日紹介した直島銭湯の作者💡) . 彫刻的、絵画的、スクラップなど、多様なスタイルが盛り込まれているのが特徴。 . ～Art House Project in Honson aria～ . The Art House Project restores traditional Naoshima houses, temples and shrines and transforms them into art spaces. Located in a ‘living’ district, they are interwoven with memories of a time when these dwellings were homes. Seven buildings are currently open to the public. . 《"Go'o Shrine" Hiroshi Sugimoto》 A shrine designed by Hiroshi Sugimoto in line with the reconstruction of the Go'o Shrine that has existed since the Edo period. . Glass stairs connect an underground stone chamber to the shrine above, uniting two worlds. . 《"Haisha" Shinro Ohtake》 Recalling a dream by retracing sensations.
