Ceramic bell, I received new blue underglazes that I’m dying to try and will make some more ceramic pieces inspired by my aquatic escapes this summer. ( I get very excited about swimming in the ocean after 12 long years in darwin where sea swimming is not possible for most of the time) … also in this on the background a black and white ink drawing that was the very last collaboration I did with my father before he passed away 5 years ago. It started with a line randomly in a page and we took turns adding to it. He was already very ill when we did this and wasn’t easy fir him to hold a pen back then, his sketches were amazing and I’m so lucky that he left me an entire sketch book full of his drawings the last time he visited me in Australia.
