Been meaning to show off this character lately, but I think I might redo this pic – the pastel aesthetic looks too washed out for my tastes, what with Ovi looking like a zombie up there.
This is my resident mage Arura – based off of Shara and Merlina from the Sonic Storybook Series. Her family owns a library with enchanted books, which would transport people to their worlds when they start reading it. It’s one of those secrets where it’s out in the open, but the family won’t confirm nor deny the books as magical.
Arura has a strong belief in the happy fairytale romances – thinking that she’ll get one at some point. In spite of all this, Arura’s usually the meditator between Ovi, Wesser, Ginger, and Sonic, taking a firm stance in both logic and emotions – where Ovi leans more logically while Ginger leans more emotionally. She always has her nose in her book, which is different every time one sees her. That doesn’t mean she never finishes her stories – Arura’s that fast of a reader. Arura loves going on adventures and enjoys hanging out with her friends.
