UA students only got one day a week off, and Izuku usually didn’t spend that rare free time out and about. He’d rather be working on blueprints or otherwise furthering his heroics career. If he did take a break his ideal would be studying up on heroes or spending time with friends.

Of course, taking the day to go shopping counted as spending time with friends, but somehow the boy had ended up on his own despite coming out with most of his class. Mostly because he didn’t really have any shopping of his own to do, he was just looking forward to hanging out.

“So much for that,” Izuku sighed. Maybe they could meet up together after the others had finished up. The high school student decided he may as well look around, and turned to find a store that piqued his interest only to find one of his shoes glued to the floor.

“Huh?” He exclaimed and tried to pull his foot free from the fluffy, sticky, substance “Where the heck did this come from?”

Extra/notes:

The personal compatibility is low not because I don’t feel they could be friends, but because Kuri and Izuku have very different motivations. And since Kuri has no interest in being a hero, it would probably be difficult for Izuku to convince her to cooperate in the first place. Much less go along with his usually borderline-suicidal plans.

In contrast, quirk compatibility is fairly high. Kuri’s clouds would lend themselves well to Izuku’s fighting style and it his long range fighting style would allow him to help keep her safe if she shrunk as a result of using her quirk.

🐠 just because he acted like a dumbass most of the time didn’t mean he was always one. He put up this jerk persona , one that would make others afraid of him, only to have it backfire and crumble down all around him. ( most likely because of his own stupidity. ) But he was finally able to leave his dorm room , his well known illness that he casts upon himself settling down for now. 

blue eyes see an object being tossed to the ground , and it’s owner starting to walk away.
