Those were just a FEW adjectives that described Chauncey. Some who were uneducated on his lineage would probably peg his species as nothing more than bloodthirsty beasts. That wasn’t true however. He wasn’t just an average Velociraptor, He was a very SPECIAL vein. A breed that came from a world that had improved them with magic, enchantments and training that made them BETTER than their ancient, smaller ancestors.
The three foot tall feathered creatures sickle claw lifted as his other claws clicked across the tile floors. He’d managed to sneak into the palace without even the slightest detection. Modern may be one way to describe him, but he was still infused with ambush predator insticts in his blood.
It didn’t take him long to find the human that seemed to own the place. He simply shook his vibrant red feathers, they were tipped with white and darker reds at the roots, the ones on his back covered by robes that usually went underneath his saddle when he rode his human owner around. Stopping a good distance from the woman, he locks eyes with her and the feathers on his head stood straight up much like a cockatoo’s.
He’d let her address HIM first.

“oh, no - it’s okay. frankly I’m not a fan of math either.” it was rare to find anyone who was. it’s not exaggerating to say that it was a universally hated subject for most. that’s why it wasn’t so startling when the girl had begun her inane ranting. if yelling could even be counted as such.

Ulith grumbles, opening the door after hearing the doorbell. It irritated her that her cousin had the bright idea to invite Ashe to watch the kids even though the both of them were home. So much for being trusting. Not surprising though, Sachi just insisted on meeting people Ulith was associated with.
She made a mental note to ready duct tape just in case Sachi tried to reveal her birth name infront of the walking scum.
“ Hi.” She essentially growls. “ Go home.”
