              after the mage rebellion began in earnest stephen opted to stay hidden from the public in his home near redcliffe village, a quoite area that only fellow mages would think to come to. however.. he wasn’t known for allowing strangers into his home, given how the property was precious to him with memories that he would not allow to fade. currently situated outside his house by the pond he was meditating, eyes closed and not a muscle moving when he hears oncoming footsteps. 

“   i’d state you reasons for being here, mage.   ”   his voice was not unkind, however.

           She’s been staring --- not PARTICULARLY subtly.  “So --- ah.”  A tilt of her head.  “How tall are you --- exactly?  Not for any particular reason, just curious, because you’re --- really tall.”

    Ears flick as she looks to the vashoth woman, red eyes narrowing. There's very little she knows about the circles, and their mages. The stories she's heard, and remembers, are few and varying every time she hears one. But, to see a Vashoth.. To see someone like her in appearance, and talents, free and unmarked; horns still intact and healthy— It makes her ache, yet curious. Propping herself on a nearby table, she crosses her arms with a tilt of her head.

                         “You're a curious one, you know that?”
