im really bored so im gonna talk about another au me and my friend have; mafia au! basically, The mafia never fell:///

In the AU, it's been nine years since the mafia has been in charge of the server, to the point that Ash has convinced the players that he's a good leader and only wants what's best for the server

Squiddo is the first lady <3

(I live by the concept of Ash grooming, okay.) Spoke sank so deep into Ash's manipulation that he erased from his own memory EVERYTHING Ash ever did wrong to him (including Rose) and currently sees Ash and Squiddo as parental figures! He's Ash's successor

This AU follows the concept of the protagonists growing up together, and since I LOVE chromablaze, Flame was given the role of protecting Spoke (almost like a bodyguard). Spoke doesn't mind being followed around as long as it's Flame, but if it's another guard, he HATES the idea </3

At some point, BAT and District 13 merged into a single organization to stop the mafia, and later, the newly formed LAW joined the organization! Normally this group of rebels is simply called District 13, but each leader (Parrot and Theo for District 13, BAT trio, Lettuce and Ace for Law) commands a specific area of the organization

Wemmbu and Egg are currently hiding in the End with Minute, because Wemmbu helped the Great Sea break free from the mafia's control. Minute still works for the mafia; he only considers their safety more important, which is why he helped them hide from them

Anyway, I love this AU and just wanted to share a little about it <3 Maybe one day I'll write about it

First of all my I say that I feel SO honored that people are taking my silly headcanons and adding them to their own/ using them for inspiration 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 (thank you 🕯️ anon you’re the GOAT)

And second, omg, Kreexp, ur headcanons are so cool 😭😭😭 I especially like the whole “connected universes” one also the one about Clown’s mask polluting the air around him :D (pretty sure you might’ve mentioned it before?)(I’m STEALING ALL OF THEM 😈)

With that being said… I shall now get into the headcanon I’ve been teasing for the last two asks I think…

For both Spoke and Ash, being in power PHYSICALLY hurts them. Well, it’s actually more about how they react to being in power and the way that they obtained it.

I’m going to start with Ash.

He, in my headcanons, is a glitch, which is a very unstable being (cough cough just like voidlings cough cough) which, if certain factors act upon it, will just glitch out of the world. Those “certain factors” being mostly strong emotions.

For Ash, being in power felt exhilarating (the mafia was pretty much the first time he was really in control of his life and not just going along with people’s plans because he had to). Whenever something would go really badly in his plans, he’d react with explosive anger on the inside. Both of these factors, meant that his glitching would act up more than usual, spread to other parts of his body such as his arms and legs and taking over more of his face. This, at some point, started to genuinely hurt him as the server by itself started rejecting him and trying to purge his glitches (which didn’t work at all, cause they’re literally a part of him and the server can’t forcibly remove him without admin permission). Anyways so this also affected him mentally, made him more stressed (as being in pain constantly would do to one) and more prone to having mood swings, which would only WORSEN his condition.

Now onto Spoke.

Voidlings are practically the opposite of glitches in almost every way. While glitches need a generally stress-free and VERY emotionally regulated environment, Voidlings require strong emotions to keep them anchored to the server. If they “stop feeling”/enter a dissociative state/fall victim to melancholy and apathy (which is also in their nature) for too long, the void will pull them down and absorb them fully.

Now Spike clearly isn’t doing all that great as the leader of Null. Power is something he’s sought out his entire life, but, unlike Ash, he doesn’t feel any happier because he has it (also because he’s already held power before this point). Spoke, post the “death” of Mapicc has entered a state in which he doesn’t even want to think about the concept of processing his emotions. As such, he is very cut off from them in this moment, prone to apathy and dissociative states (again, mostly because of Mapicc’s “death” and him absolutely NOT being over it). As the void pulls back on him because his of this, he always feels an almost crushing weight atop his body, which yes, does hurt.

OH ALSO

By now in the canon, I believe (as I mentioned before) that Ashswag has mostly mellowed out and mostly healed from the trauma he’s suffered in the past (backstory stuff I’m not gonna get into, but being practically forced to kill your own older brother tends to mess up people (so does having to kill completely innocent people (Rose) (I’m sorry (no I’m not)))), which really makes him contrast with Spoke when they inevitably meet once again (Ash did say he’d be there when Spoke made his own mafia after all…).

Spoke is suffering through the worst part of his life and Ash has to be faced with the fact that that he (at least somewhat) is the cause of this current state of being, as his words most definitely impacted Spoke a lot.

I think Spoke would be quite shocked by what Ashswag has turned into, maybe even slightly disappointed. Maybe he believed that Ashswag was the only other person evil enough to forgive him for his crimes (a concept I saw in a fanfic that I unfortunately forgot the name of). Maybe he convinced himself that Ashswag was the only person he had left, and now, even HE is gone.

Oh wait there’s…

When Spoke was infiltrating the mafia, Ash calling him a “friend” of his and singling him out from his friends was a manipulation tactic… somewhat. At this point, Ash was very lonely, only a few months after one of his friends turned into the worst version of himself and the ADMIN had to step in (more backstory stuff I made up) to and only a few more months after the murder of Ket (his older brother). I like to think that this was set before Squiddo really got incorporated into the mafia and could serve as an actual friend for Ash. At that point, all his relationships were purely transactional. That does not mean that anything that he said towards Spoke or any of his actions were justified, I just like to think that there was some shred of actual emotion when he told Spoke, Mapicc and Leowook they were his only real friends. Maybe there’s a universe in which Ash and Spoke are friends… (this is most likely a very ooc characterization of him but I simply do not care)

Ash, during the mafia, mentioned that “this thing (the rise and fall of villains on unstable) works in cycles”. I headcanon that that’s a narrative he convinced himself of (well, actually, it was pushed onto him, but that involves a lot of backstory stuff i completely made up for him) the inevitability of his downfall into becoming a villain. Now this is pretty similar to how Spoke was made to believe “it was always going to end like this”, and I headcanon, that he will now use to justify him becoming a villain. Because it was all inevitable. He’s just another piece of the cycle. They both are.

Hello its me clone 509 yet again. For this ask you'll need some context, the context being a stream from Squiddo! Its the one from yesterday (at the time of sending this, though its already said below), at around 1 hour in they modeled Wifies and I ask you to see how Ash modeled him

In this AU, during the Mafia, Squiddo would sometimes let her invis run out so she and Ash could do some silly stuff. The rules of the mafia lowkey did not apply to them because I guess that if you date the leader of the mafai, you just have some privileges.

Anyways, one of the things they like doing together is streaming and just doing whatever. This stream they were doing at the time was Squiddo's stream where they 3D modeled mcyt. (yesterday's stream at the time of writing this)

This was also the time Wifies had decided to kidnap Squiddo to use them as leverage so Ash would work for him. However, he did not know about the stream. So when he got in, ready to talk to her or whatever, Ash was also here, saw him and pretty much went "Right as we were to model you!" 

Wifies is kinda confused but had something planned in case he had to meet Ash, but as he was about to execute it, Ash somehow transfers him to the digital world, specifically the site they were using????

He gets turned into whatever the hell Ash modeled for him that stream and not gonna like, it's genuinely painful for Wifies. Squiddo sees this and goes "What the hell have you done to Wifies😭😭😭 You trapped him😭😭😭😭😭"

Then they manage to transfer the thing back to the real, physical world, but the "diamond" (as Ash calls it) where Wifies is stuck in (or stuck as) is still somewhat connected to the digital world and therefore, still able to be modified. Squiddo and Ash dont know this though.

Ash then realizes that probably only Parrot would be the one of having any chance to revert Wifies back to normal, so he uses the diamond as a way to get Parrot to join the mafia.

Of course the bird refuses BUT he has a plan to get Wifies back anyways. He'll find where Ash puts the diamond and steal it.

Anyways this works (obviously with complications) except now Parrot doesn't know what to do.

However, since the diamond is still able to be modified, Wifies finds a way to shapeshift back to a "normal" form. The process is slow and while not painful this time, certainly uncomfortable. His voice is also weird, closer to the Director voice changer. He also doesn't really look real???? Imagine Absracty from HFJONE basically

However as time progresses Wifies learns how to look more realistic and manages to get his voice back to normal. He also figures out that he can shapeshift into literally whatever he wants and can change colors using the paint tool since he is still somewhat conneect to the sculpting site!

His first tried at shapeshifting into another player was Parrot who really wanted to see him try. It was actually pretty convincing! Of course there were a few things who gave that away but still could get really easily fooled.

More time passes and Wifies is able to look extremely realistic. You can not seperate it from reality at this point. He can somewhat mimic voices as well though they dont sound good.

Do whatever you will with this, it kinda sucks idk

Hello hello hello! I’m back yet again! With a wholesome (ish)(depending on if you like Jamato or not lol) AU!

So I headcanon that Spoke and Jamato met on unstable, but what if, instead of Jamato meeung spoke first, ash found him wondering around the server and became his first friend?

Anyways so this AU isn’t super fleshed out and all but basically they go on to accidentally recreate the wormhole… (the have no memories or knowledge of the wormhole ever existing lol)

Things got so bad the admin (egg) had to step in. (I also have a headcanon relating to my god/admin headcanon for egg that whenever he needs to actually appear in front of someone as an admin, he kinda turns into slenderman? Well not really, more like just a regular guy with no features on his face, completely black skin and the words “THE ADMIN” on his face)(in this disguise he also has the same suit he wears usually (like same tie and everything too…))

I’m not sure if the mafia should still exist in this AU, because I do think that Spike would change Ash, but I’m not sure I’d be quite in the direction of not making the mafia.

But if the mafia DOES exist then they co-rule it and the fall of the mafia is much harder to achieve for the protagonists.

If the mafia DOESNT exist, Eggchan separates the two after destroying the wormhole recreation. Spoke meets Mapicc again and kinda forgets about Ashswag… until they find each other again! But don’t worry it’s all cheerfull and happy! :D

Mapicc is a bit wary of Ash at the start (just like he was when he and spoke first met Ash in canon) but chills out when he sees that Ash genuinely cares for Spoke.

After that they all frolic into the sunset and nothing bad happens to them ever :D

(I just imagine the other protagonists trying to get a hold of Spoke to go fight the law or whatever and bros just in the farlands with his two friends having a great time :D)

Also uhm this is gonna be the not-quite-so-wholesome part because I NEED to kinda talk about the backstory I made up for Ash.

Ok so I don’t wanna go TOO deep into it cause it involves a lot of OCs and all of this happened BEFORE the events of unstable we actually see play out, but…

Basically Ash had four friends on the server at the start. Two of them died pretty quickly, so he was left with two. One, his older brother Ket (KetzKool, I mention him a lot lol), and two, Anglx (misspelling of Angel, the guy that got so evil the admin had to step in). So skipping a lot of stuff, Anglx basically became the leader of Null and Ket started the invisible mafia to oppose Null (kinda building off of Minute saying that the mafia didn’t use to be so bad and oppressive before Ash).

Anyways so Ash becomes Anglx’s right hand man because he’s a lil guy who yearns for power. Then he gets lowkey manipulated/forced to(/he kinda harbored some anger against him so he kinda wanted to…) kill his brother. So Ash goes undercover as one of the mafia members because he’s does NOT want his brother to recognize him. And he’s like “hm… well I can’t be a diamond player cause he KNOWS all the diamond players and that’ll be too suspicious… but iron and copper players are too low for him to listen too… hmm… ah yes! I’ll go undercover as a gold player!”

So Ash takes a chest plate with a golden eye trim and puts on invisibility and goes and tracks down Ket. But BEFORE he goes and kills him, again, he REALLY doesn’t want his brother knowing it’s him, so INSTEAD he makes a dripsone trap and covers it up with some dirt (that he also bonemeals because it looks kind plain to him)( roses and cornflowers may or may not have bloomed out of said bonemeal).

So then Ash goes and actually chats up his brother and they just… talk, for a while. (Well, Ash is not speaking as himself obviously but whatever) (also Ash had to say that his mic was broken as an excuse, because back in those times, the invis was more a means of protection from Null rather than something that was forced onto everyone)

Finally, the time comes, Ash lures his brother into the trap, right as he mines the dirt underneath Ket’s feet, his invisibility flickers out.

(Oh golly gee willickers I wonder what this entire scene might remind me of!)

Oh also I don’t wanna stretch this out any longer but basically Anglx had to have an admin intervention because he was the one behind the revival block thing in the underground (before him, Null were regular people, well, they still had the totem exploits, but they had normal skins and names and voices) and then very much went insane and he WAS technically killed by Jamato, but his spirit still existed and could still do exploits (so probably bring himself back to life) so it had to be erased too 🥀

(One thing I forgot to say but Anglx and Ket used to be the bestest of friends (before Anglx straight up turned evil)) (also they lowkey had a bromance) (this is ok to say right?????) (I mean they’re both my OCs…) (also they both were rlly good at exploiting and basically did it throughout all their lives on uu)

So generation three which is the one he have now (mentioned by Jamato somewhere at the start) has four protagonists, but so did generation two.

In gen 2, Clown basically replaces flame, with Branzy as Lomedy. Anglx replaces spoke, with Ket as Mapicc (Ash is just kinda there). And two more of my OCs replace Wemmbu and Parrot (the one that replaces Wemmbu was friends with Jaden and the one that replaces Parrot was friends with Minute)

Hi it's clover once again and time for MAFIA HEADCANNONS RAHHHHHHHHHHH (i say rah in a positive manner so like in future yaps i don't have to repeat this message)

Minute is the one recruiting the ones who turn out to be diamond/gold trims, nobody knows how he's able to sense a strong player or a diamond in the rough

Marloww (she's isn't yk) sucks ass at board games and often rage quits it whenever forced to play

After the mafia it became a running prank to walk up to your friends and say "where's your invis." In the most serious tone you can do and most times they immediately pot invis on the spot like reflex

The mafia had a subdivision used to do experiment on redstone and push them to it's limits, branzy was actually apart of the sub division + representation during meetings

Flame and lomedy first actually met there but they didn't know it was eachother and only lomedy figured out that they knew eachother

The mafia developed it's own code and measurement system so like "3 bases more" would be like 30,000 blocks away so people could figure out how much more they need to travel (people still use it to this day)

Minute was a respected parental figure gure among the diamond trims many of them would freeze on the spot if ashswag said he was calling minute, like when a teacher says they'll call a coach in a room filled with sport kids

Wifes when he was unwilling in the mafia somehow got access to drugs and made 2 diamond, 6 gold and several iron trims high, it was a God damn bloodbath when the hangover kicked in

Eggchan was a urban legend for knowing a strange amount of things as a extremely low level solider
