some unstable antagonists are just soo.. nothingburger
i mean ash and saps backstory is so similar (correct me if im wrong cuz i havent seen s3 yet) like “oh my friends all died now im evil” its just kinda nothingburger i can’t lie.
one of the reasons i think lettyk and wifies (and by extension jamato but again, i havent seen s3 yet) were such good antagonists were because we Saw their backstory. we Experienced the reason they became evil. with saps and ash (and partially zam since they brought up his backstory Once then never again) it just feels like they threw it at you
with lettuce and wifies and jamato, we saw their reasons to become evil. we witnessed lettuce watch multiple civilizations fall that fueled his need for justice, we saw wifies’ hopelessness when parrot was constantly endangering himself for the server and refusing to listen, and we watched jamato during the exploits of the start of the series. we EXPERIENCED their backstory and thats what makes them such powerful antags. its also why our current protags would have such amazing villain arcs because we KNOW why they would do it

Tbh I don't really know much about either of them lore-wise, and I know I've been keeping their outfits pretty close to their skins lately but it just seems fitting
I tried to incorporate the furry aspect to his skin by making him wear a mask instead of being an anthropomorphic fox. We need some humans on the server after all too. Kinda hate how the legs turned out but let's just say he's on the shorter side :P
