Btw, I'm a very big fan of Spoke's selflessness being shown more and more through this arc.

Like, buddy throughout the hunger games was often trying to get Mapicc to be less aggressive, despite the premise being 'kill or be killed'. He gave away what little iron he had after Jamato tried to reset him. Used his experience to enchant stuff for everyone. And, in the end, didn't take Jamato's way out because it was a way out only for him. Because his friends would still be stuck in that horror, and literally the only reason why he's living at this point is for them. He even refused to fight Dylan despite him turning against him!

Obviously, this was a brutal scenario, and he could not have survived by not fighting at all and not killing at all. But he still managed to show quite effectively why Jamato is so afraid of him becoming a martyr and a symbol for others to rally behind. Spoke himself doesn't seem to see it or understand fully, but he is everyone's hope. He's charismatic and surprisingly kind despite it all. It's why people keep following him! It's why Mapicc didn't leave him!
