Going to nightclubs was never really your scene, but somehow your friends had managed to convince you. As soon as you reached you were sitting at the bar, drinking alone while your friends were busy dancing. “Do you want to get out of here? Maybe get something to eat” Ashton asked suddenly. You looked around the room for your friends and saw they were all busy and they didn’t even miss your presence so you took Ashton up on his offer and the two of you walked out of the club. You walked with him, talking about anything and everything and the tension left as soon as you started an actual conversation with him. You ended up going to an ice cream parlour. You bought two ice-creams and coincidentally, the both of you had the same favourite flavour.

“So tell me, Ashton, why’d you send me a drink?” you asked him curiously. “Am I being practical or brave?” he questioned. “Practical” “Well, like I said, you intrigue me” he repeated. “And brave?” you asked. He leaned in closer to you and you thought he was going to kiss you but he just kissed the corner of your lips. “You had some ice-cream there” Ashton said cheekily. “You still haven’t told me” you said. “Well, I was really hoping that I could do this” Ashton said and wrapped his arm around your waist and crashed his lips against yours. After a few moments, he pulled apart and placed his forehead against yours. “Do you want to come back to my place?” he asked and you nodded your head eagerly.
