Yk what sucks? Being far away from home and starting to identify a pattern in your own trauma response.

I don’t have the instruments to deal with this, what am I supposed to do? I don’t wanna feel terrified in my own home but I don’t know how else to deal with this situation.

I recognize where my fear and anxiety regarding it comes from— I literally know who created such a response in me!— but… I don’t know how to deal with it.
