Ruby, the girl's smart and talented, clever in a way I'll never be. It makes sense, doesn't it? I'm the more expendable one." She glances away, swallowing hard.

my favorite thing in 7 minutes is how all characters are so flawed and human. I think it's also cool that it's a fic that explores the other characters of skam and not just Lucas and Eliott. to me this is THE skam france fic.

100%, completely agree! There’s just something special when an author can make the “side characters” just as engaging as the main pair. Everyone had a purpose, and they were all written so well. You have to have such great talent as an author to do this. I can’t wait to finish reading!

Amethyst, what did the Jewler do to change your appearance that hurt you the most? (Mentally)

"My eyes," she whispers, one hand reaching up as if to touch them before falling back down into her lap. "He ruined my eyes. He said he wanted them to match my hair, match the 'jewel I truly am.' So he ruined them."

She falls silent for a moment before softly adding, "I used to have the prettiest green eyes."

Diamond keeps their hands pretty smooth and they try to keep their nails well manicured although they have a bad habit of biting them.

Ruby's hands are pretty rough and she has callouses from playing the violin. She's also a nail biter.

Amethyst has soft hands and her nails are always manicured and painted, usually in elaborate patterns.

🦵 Are your OC’s arms and legs strong, weak, or average? Why? Do they have any common mannerisms that involve their limbs, such as tapping their foot or fiddling with their fingers?

Diamond is of pretty average strength, and they tend to twist their fingers around when they're nervous.

Ruby's arms are slightly stronger than most people's because of the violin, and she tends to move her fingers in the pattern of her favorite musical pieces subconsciously.

Amethyst's legs are kinda strong but also a bit damaged because of how constantly she moves around in heels. She taps her foot and raps her fingers whenever she's anxious or impatient.

👄 What is your OC’s smile like? Is it bright and wide, or thin and reserved? Does your OC wear any lipgloss or lipstick? Do they chew their lips?

Diamond's smile is more subdued and very practiced. They keep their lips well moisturized.

Ruby's smile is usually small and tinged with a bit of worry, and she chews her lips a lot.

Amethyst has a big and bright smile, but it's very rehearsed. Her natural smile is more lopsided with a crack between her upper and bottom teeth. She used to chew on her lip bad but now they're usually well moisturized with lipstick on.

How about a diary entry from Amethyst in the cursed AU, reflecting on the first time she attempts to "fix" Ruby's behaviour? 👀

Dear diary,

I don't know why my sweetheart can't just do what I tell her to. I know she's not exactly the most intelligent, but she should at least be able to follow basic rules!

But no, instead I find her trying to leave the house just as I'm coming back because I forgot my wallet. She could've been completely lost if I hadn't found her in time. I might never have seen her again.

Of course, I had to do something about the behavior. She started getting all weepy and begging me not to hurt her. As if she thinks I'm that man. She should really know better. How dare she think I'm anything like him?? I do this for her own good!

I ended up hitting her a couple of times with the belt - only the leather side, and I didn't even break the skin! - and she started out screaming (thank goodness for living in a house and not having nosy neighbors) but soon enough she did that annoying thing where she disappears inside her own head.

She was still gone when I left for work finally- she made me late and she'll have to pay for that later. I left her chained to the bed, which is honestly such a disappointment. I thought we had gotten to the point where I didn't have to resort to such drastic measures.

Well, hopefully she'll be better behaved when I get home tonight.

headcanon: amethyst has a secretly nerdy or “uncool” interest/hobby that she’d die before admitting (also, she carefully hides her genuine interests - even the most “normal” or insignificant ones - from others cause bullying trauma or her personal interests being belittled/dismissed in general) 💔💔💔 - newbornwhumperfly

I don't know if there's any one particular hobby that she hides, but she does definitely hide her genuine interests and basically has this whole facade that she keeps up 24/7.
