That is definitely easier to work with than meeting in Middle-earth! My headcanon is Argon comes out of the Halls sometime during the First Age.

Ever weaving with the handmaidens of Vairë, Míriel has watched and recorded the travails of the House of Finwë, Aracáno included. Though the younger elf has never met her, and only knows of her through Fëanor and the rest of the family, she knows quite a bit about him.
He was always an innocent, following his brothers and sister willingly, striving to model himself after the figure of his father, Nolofinwë. His death, as the deaths of the rest of her House, grieved her, and he was one of the first to return to Mandos, along with her grandson Ambarto.
