Okay so you don’t know me and this is gonna sound CRAZY but

I was looking through TF2 fusion art under the tumblr search (just for the heck of it y’know)

And as I explored the rabbit hole I was going down I came across someone mentioning “Classy’s Medic OC Kai”

And I just went o_O

My name is Kai. I’m a TF2 Medic Main. My discord tag is even classikai.

So I came to your page and searched “Kai” to have a look at your art annnnnd now I’m having a bit of an existential crisis😅

Now I KNOW that art is SUPER old but I just wanted to share this crazy experience with you and also let you know that that art is pretty neat man!!

the uh... end result is. decent i guess. i didnt think Twist would be anything flashy, and he’s probably more like a fallen angel in a literal sense, one who’s purpose is to soothe people’s souls with music but ended up not fulfilling what he’s supposed to do

01. What does your character’s name mean? Did you pick it for the symbolism, or did you just like the way it sounded?

Yeah he only got his name because it sounded cool to me at the time. He didn’t even get his real name until like two years later, and then like a year after that he finally got a story behind how he obtained the nickname “Twist”. There’s... not really much of a meaning behind it.

It’s typical, but I’m pretty sure Alice got her name based off of Alice in Wonderland. Her original concept was a puppet witch and she was in a trio with her sisters that were also puppet witches, and Alice sounded like a pretty sinister name at the time. (And when I thought of Alice in Wonderland, I’d usually think of the more grim and darker tellings.)

15. Is there a certain person in this world that they cannot stand? The very mention of this person’s name makes them tremble with anger or fear.

Oh, they hate each other.

21. What is one of your character’s biggest fears? How would they react when dealing with this fear?

It’sss sort of hard to describe this, but basically being a burden? The reason why he’s a lone wolf and makes it hard for others to get close to him is because forming relationships scares him and he doesn’t want to be the cause of anything bad happening to them. He’s already seen enough deaths right before his face in his life :’)

38. What kind of weather does your character like? Cloudy skies, rainy days, sunshine, etc?

Cloudy weather! He likes it when it’s darker only because he prefers hiding in the shadows and it conceals him better, but also because the air tends to be cool and windy where he’s from. The cool breeze against his face tends to keep him awake more often.

48. Is there anything in particular that would ignite your character’s jealousy? Or does your character not get envious?

HMMM I guess he gets bitter whenever he sees others with a generally happy attitude and/or life (like being friendly with their siblings). He personally wouldn’t say he’s jealous, but he’s basically envious of how good that person’s got it, and then he lets himself be filled with pettiness and will then proceed to inconvenience that person. Because he’s an asshole.

50. If your character confessed love to their crush, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc, what would they say?

Twist? Actually realizing his feelings and mustering the courage to confess said feelings to ANYONE at all? Blasphemous. In all seriousness, considering this is something he’s totally unfamiliar with, he’d probably fumble and mess up and say stupid shit like “I would die for you.” Like, you fuckin know how much I tend to joke about him saying that but it’s TRUE.

you know i thought i was gonna have a hard time thinking of combos but: science!felix or just. galaxy au for any of your ocs because that's an Aesthetic (maybe twist, twirl, or rohan?)

this can literally only lead to a Mad Scientist!Felix honestly; I can imagine him burying himself into his studies, concocting chemical solutions to-- who am I kidding, it’s just a bunch of poisons of all kinds to use on people he hates. He probably hallucinates either from the fumes or paranoia.
