Yo what’s up champions! We haven’t asked the most important question of all time: what’s your guys’ favourite colour.

“Does Dragonite gold count? It’s warm, strong, and friendly, just like them! ...Well, alright, I’d have to say black otherwise. I always feel cool and confident wearing black.”

“My favorite is purple. I’ve been partial since Dad got me a special purple garnet grown inside of an atypical, octahedron, low-infis keystone.”

“Hmm, I have a hard time picking one favorite... if I had to, I guess I would pick blue. I love to look up at Mt. Coronet whenever the weather is clear enough, so blue skies make me feel happy and remind me of the sights that people and Pokemon have shared for hundreds of years together.”

Just a quick sketch and #ThreeChampions announcement! Click to read more in the thread, as details matter. Enjoy this sketch of Lance, Cynthia, & Steven Stone in some slightly formal wear!

First, the main announcement is an event one! To give myself some breathing room for the holidays, I will not be publishing a page on December 15th. Rather, I'll be answering questions from the Champions with some sketches for fun!

A final page will come after that around December 29th as well as announcement for 2021 upload schedule. I'm running really tight for this week so I hope it won't get postponed to Wednesday, but if it must, then it must. Lastly, there are some rules to the CuriousCat! Read on >

Questions I pick out on Tumblr ask or CuriousCat will be published to both Twitter and Tumblr. So no need to ask in both places!

I will not answer every question, I'll be sketching answers to things I like the most or have a good idea for.

Certain things are off topic: NSFW, Adventures Manga, spoilers to ORAS

Additionally I'd prefer if questions were not accelerating the placement of where we are in comic. So Steven has not officially "met" Lance or Cynthia anymore than through hearing of them in media. The same is mostly true for the other two. But I might save those questions for later!

Please do not inquire about protagonists outside of Red, Blue & Green, this universe does not have them or will not address them, including Norman/Birch's child.

For any of the champions, you guys have some pretty big pokemon on your teams. Do any of them get to spend time in the house, or are they just too large and wreck the furniture?

“Metagross can fit in some rooms inside Devon Headquarters and my parents house, but they’re a bit too big to feel comfortable. I suppose it’s fortunate that I do more camping then!”

“Aerodactyl gets a bit anxious under any roof and Gyarados is much happier in a body of water than inside. However, I don’t have too much problem with my dragons otherwise, the family manor is big and I always look for big rooms to rent when traveling. They’re well behaved enough when they’re not upset, Dragonite are extremely intelligent.”

“Hmm... Milotic and Garchomp are my only Pokemon who have some trouble with hanging around indoors, but that isn’t their favorite thing anyway. Garchomp prefers to follow me underground, heh. It’s a fun game for her to track me that way. Though I will say Gastrodon tends to make my messy room more hazzardous without meaning to.”

Lance, your cape got ripped off there; it’s damaged. Do you get them fixed, does someone fix them for you, or do you hold some sort of memorial service for wrecked capes?

“Haha, my capes cost a pretty coin but they definitely don’t need the honor of a memorial...! It depends on the type of damage and the material. Luckily this cape had already been repaired once before by a seamstress I trust in Cherrygrove City, so I think it’s time to officially hang it up. I donate the old damaged fabric that can be salvaged to patchwork quilts made for the elderly.”
