Like hahahaha sorry I was kind all-capsing it, let's just pretend that I was a confused Karkat in your askbox, lol. Like, despite that EXTREMELY creepy experience I had with that furby, I honestly think I could have taken it out if it decided to try and destroy me. I get what you mean, they are actually pretty cute if you get past all the creepy possibilities that they're after our souls. Those plush McDonalds ones in the late 90s were actually pretty great bc they didn't usually talk.

In all honesty the caps made it funnier to me tbh

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience with furbies tho gosh;; I’ve only really had good experiences with furbies so I just love them to bits.

I never had the ones from mcdonalds but I used to have a bunch of the plastic ones from burgerking(??) The ones that had a button to blink or to move their ears. They eventually went to live at goodwill bc my mom was one of those people that made me get rid of a toy whenever I got too many. They were cute though.

I had one of the originals in box when I was younger. He had the “tiger” fur pattern so I’m kinda biased and like the animal print furbies more because of it. I got him at a garage sale when I was like 8 or 9 and I remember playing with him outside by my swing set and sliding him down the slide. After a while I kinda,, got bored with him. Which feels awful to say but I mean I was a kid, something new caught my eye so he just wasn’t as predominant in my interests anymore.

The furby ended up living in the big window of the front room. He would say good morning and good night with the sun and not much else until his batteries died and he went silent.

I don’t really know what happened to him as i don’t remember saying it was okay for him to go to goodwill. I just know i don’t have him anymore.
