You can definitely feel two things at once and you’re not wrong for it. You can acknowledge that Aaron is a phenomenal actor that will do great as John Stewart and still acknowledge the dynamics behind his casting and John’s story and why some people may feel another actor could have been chosen.

While Aaron will do a wonderful job I see where the critique comes from.

Right!! I never said he’s gonna suck as John Stewart, I said I wasn’t a fan of his casting. I never said I’m not gonna watch Lanterns, I said I wasn’t a fan of his casting.

Like you, I’m sure he’s gonna knock it out of the park with the role because he’s a really good actor. Maybe I’ll even enjoy it far more than I expected.

I get your frustration with not wanting to continue writing for Aaron/Terry , it happens to the best of us, even I had my moments of not wanting to continue, but sometimes it's just best to block and keep it moving, which is what some of us do because we genuinely enjoy the person Aaron is, and the content he gives us.

All this to say, whatever you do, I'm in support of, I'm behind on my reading, but your work is some of my favorite to read, and I genuinely enjoy how you portray his characters.

Yeah that’s probably the next course of action because I still enjoy reading the fics. Maybe I’ll get back to posting fics here after exams and my head has cleared. Like I said I just need a breather for now because it’s all so very jarring.
