if you asked tiff what avery looks like she’d say “like me but if I had no fashion taste or skincare routine(affectionately)”

if simply asked to describe her in no specific terms she’d say avery is her better half in basically all aspects. except of course for the fashion and skincare thing

6. Do they have any shared interests/hobbies? Do they ever do these hobbies together?

they do almost everything together anyway but I think the intersection of their interests and pent-up aggression would be sparring. intensely. and often

13. Do they have any disdain/contempt for each other? How do they show it?

she could never hate avery it is basically impossible for her to do so. despite how it may seem on the outside

they've been there at each other's best and worst there's nothing she could ever do that would change tiff's opinion of her

ABSOLUTELY permanent if one of them dies the other goes too they're not getting away from one another that easily. whatever our souls are made of hers and mine are the same. like chemically. because we were made in the same stupid ass vial <3

to the chagrin of very many startled strangers they do not know when a conversation is supposed to be private they will fully get into screaming matches in the middle of the street

when they're alone is the only time they may occasionally be vulnerable. that usually also means screaming matches again but they will also sob in each other's arms if it gets really bad

25. If a stranger saw them together, how would they describe their relationship?

NAW CAUSE if you saw these two in the street you'd be fearing for their life AND yours I think the immediate impression you'd get is that they hate each other's GUTS with all their very loud arguments but that's just their way of communicating they'll work it out just don't try to get between them maybe

are they associated with a certain color? what color do they wear the most?

I know what she dresses in but I've never drawn it to establish a colour palette yet howeverrr I think she'd gravitate towards a dark, inky blue which is also the first colour I think of when I think of her. actually yeah her wardrobe is mostly comprised of clothes that are Almost Black but not with some jewel tones in there for accents

7. favorite animal? why?

this made me realise that with her hand tattoos and cluster of piercings and mildly gothy style as well as her overall off putting demeanour your first impression of her would be oh shit that's a witch. I'm saying that because she also thinks snakes are the COOLEST so she truly can never beat the allegations

there's probably something about their role as a force of corruption and evil in western media that would draw her in, alongside their ability to shed their skin which she certainly wishes she could do hee hee

tbh she's probably big on any reptile and would keep a bunch if she could ever learn how to take care of something that's not herself

9. favorite food? least favorite? are they a picky eater? do they have any dietary restrictions?

she LOOOVES seafood dude raw cooked any form factor she will inhale it. second place is any other type of meat she enjoys a good steak but she will also eat leafy greens provided they're blanched and seasoned generously

she hates cilantro(soap gene. sorry ortega) and cucumbers tho :sob:

11. what do they have in common with you? how are they different? would you get along with them?

the common thread we have is this undercurrent of dissatisfaction that stems from very different sources which does not make for a good common ground I'm gonna go out on a limb and say she'd probably think I'm weak and not fw me

it's okay she has high standards I'm definitely not sad that the cool tall butch wouldn't hang out with me. it's fine :on-the-verge-of-tears:

23. how would you describe their voice? can they sing?

low with a slight rough edge (first association was catra lol but lower). she enunciates her words very clearly

you wouldn't ever get to hear it and live but I think she wouldn't be half bad at singing, I think her voice would have a depth that would lend itself well to jazz music

28. how do they show that they care about someone? how do they express that they don't like someone?

if she likes you she'll spend time with you (she doesn't know any other way to show she cares but she wouldn't give you the time of day otherwise) ooor it's because she finds you useful you're gonna have to take a gamble on that if you're committed to befriending her fdhbhvjb

if she dislikes you, she will make it very clear (punch to the face). if she HATES you she will play mind games with you forever until one of you goes insane

31. do they like receiving gifts? giving gifts? what is their ideal gift?

oh she LOVES having stuff so receiving stuff would definitely be a-okay even though she doesn't ever expect it to be without the giver wanting something in return all relationships in her mind are transactional

she will NOT give gifts. or if she will it's just money/the most low effort thing she could find she's bad at this and also selfish

if you wanna give her a gift she'll like get her something unique/interesting or cold hard cash no clothes no makeup no flowers :points-at-screen:

34. how would your character describe themselves? it doesn't have to line up with how they really are.

hmmmm I think she would liken herself to a force of nature. something that's inevitable, borderline unstoppable, driven by no higher reason than to destroy and consume which I think is fitting for the West Coast that raised her

🪨 Someone gifts your OC a shiny rock. What do they do with it?

take it. probably not say thanks. personally ID it because she doesn't trust anyone to be able to actually tell minerals apart. chuck it at the giver's head if it's just a rock otherwise it'll make its way to her display case where it will get sorted according to colour and type then catalogued because tiff is a paranoid and possessive little freak over the things she has painstakingly stolen from others

🎮 If your OC lives or would live in the modern world, would they like video games? What would be their favorite game?

I don't know about FAVOURITE but I can see her getting so invested in a fucking gatcha game that she'd sink thousands of dollars into it :sob:

if she had time (and god wouldn't that make the story much shorter) I could also alternatively see her being one of those people who has a 3(was gonna say more then realised... yeah </3) year save in a game like stardew valley or terraria that she runs like a military ship excel tables and all

she would singlehandedly cause the disappearance of all endemic species in whatever place she'd be dumped in... god forbid a girl gets peckish she would complain about the whole thing the entire time and forever afterwards though

both her arms are covered in some blackwork cybersigilism type ink from her fingers to as far up her forearms as she can afford to show.. her way of taking ownership of her body and all that

other than that there's not many other places where she Could get them done but I don't think she'd be opposed to something behind the ear or on the throat... she's not a face tat kind of girl though

her sense of direction is ATROCIOUSSS thank god for telepathy otherwise she'd get lost walking down a straight road :sob:

before the whole hero gig she had a brief stint working in a tattoo parlor and she still gets nostalgic about it so she goes back to it every now and then when she's bored.. she'll just 'replace' one of the artists for the day because she's entertained by the amount of people that enjoy getting hurt on purpose lmaoo freaks (is one of said freaks herself) this is also her cover job if the rangers ask. btw

she has fun doing all the gem identification procedures by herself when.. 'acquiring' a new piece so she has a corner of her huge fancy apartment dedicated to books and refractometers and all that.. she enjoys learning what makes two pieces of rock different from one another even if they started from almost the same place

ohhh she'd be one of those freaks that likes wasabi ice cream for SURE but she'd fw pistachio too

oh you do not want to talk to her before she's had breakfast bvfjdvfjhvf I doubt she has a set breakfast she goes for aside from "I'm gonna raid the nearest/fanciest grocery store and bakery and see what catches my eye" or if she's having a particular craving... breakfast is the one meal she'll actually take the time to prepare herself

if we're talking one-and-done alcohol then she's going for a good craft beer, in terms of cocktails she's a fan of a michelada with a generous shot of mezcal (you can guess where she learned about that one from)
