So... I have (to my knowledge) had at least two separate dreams in my life about there being an Ars Paradoxica book. The most memorable one, I was in this several-storied library and found it in this weird section in the very back on the bottom shelf. It was a purple textbook that kinda looked like the Glencoe Algebra/Geometry textbooks; the second one was a matte paperback novel with the Ars logo... What does this mean??

One of the big reasons we took a hiatus was so we could step back and examine what we've learned from the past 2 years (as well as our time spent working on a myriad of other podcasts), incorporate that into the new process, and come back strong as hell. I really think we've done that!

What advice would you have for someone writing Cold War-era fiction? (It's me, I'm the someone, please help.)
“Cold War fiction” covers a LOT of ground, so our biggest piece of advice is to focus. Is this about government superpowers? Spies? Politics? Artists? The effect on the "everyday man"? What does the "everyday man" mean to you?And above all, you’ll want to make sure the choices of characters and stories you want to tell are unique to the genre; i.e., they could only ever be told in a Cold War setting.
