It’s a feature of the blog theme I’m using, Accessible Revamp (also available in Accessible 3.0, the Revamp is updated code from versions 1 and 2). It comes with batteries, spoons, hearts (which look bugged in the editor so IDK), and an HP bar as options in the editor, so you don’t have to edit theme code. Also some other goodies like optional drop shadow, webfont selection, screen reader compatibility...

Tbh egg.design generally just makes a good theme; I’m using three separate themes they made on different accounts.
