So, I know I haven’t been that active recently. This time of year really aggravates my disabilities, and it means I have to make choices about how to spend my energy much more carefully.
Unfortunately, a fun times Kakyoin RP blog is not something I can devote all my time to, hah!
I’ll come back to this when I have the energy to pursue it further.

Kak Fact #13 (canon to this blog only):
His parents travel a lot, sometimes with him, sometimes without him, so that aspect of the SDC trip wasn’t taxing for him. He did hate it whenever he had to share a hotel room with Polnareff, though.
I don’t own the idea of custom headcanon tags. So, if you want to make your own headcanon tag with a custom name, go for it! I can’t stop you, nor would I want to. It’s nice to get a look at people’s thoughts about characters.
But if you’re inspired by me, and then you call your tag the exact same thing as mine (“[character] facts” or literally just “kak facts” for a Kakyoin), that makes me feel like you like it... but not that I’m the one doing it. Not gonna lie, that hurts.
I want to make it clear I’m encouraging people to have their own ideas rather than saying “grrrr no this is mine and nobody else can touch!” I called mine “kak facts” because his name is Kakyoin and it kind of rhymed.
If you’re creative enough to make an RP blog, I know you’re creative enough to find something that’s meaningful to YOUR muse, or even just another phrasing. I’ve seen puns, quotes, epithets, emoji, unicode art... You can get away with a LOT in Tumblr tags.
I wouldn’t have brought this up, but I’ve seen multiple people talking about making their own headcanon tags with that particular phrasing in the past two days, and it makes me a little uncomfortable.

While I was AFK, I drew a part 4 Kakyoin! Then I cleaned the drawing up and added color digitally. So here’s the boy! Or rather... the man :P

The “ak” in Kak and the “ac” in Facts are pronounced the same way, that’s all.
(I usually say KAH-kyo-een, but when it’s abbreviated to Kak I rhyme it with “back” to avoid, uh... misinterpretation.)
Kak Fact #12 (canon to this blog only):
As a child, he convinced himself he’d have a friend as soon as someone who could see his Stand.
(He wasn’t a very happy child.)
He became more jaded as a teenager, thinking that he’d never find someone who could and thus he’d spend the rest of his life being superficially nice to people he couldn’t connect to.
This pattern of thinking worked against him when the first other Stand user he met was Dio Brando.

@ask-autistic-jojo inspired me to make this blog, made me feel like I had a place so I wanted to spread the feeling around (this blog goes off the notion that mista was always autistic btw, just with a lil more self-projection so he feels more real) also LOVE their art
@ask-autistic-kakyoin seriously influences this blog with literally every single thing they post, and i’m tempted to make mista facts bc I love their kak facts and I wanna share my hcs without exhausting myself, but I don’t wanna steal their thunder… also I LOVE their art
@ask-orange-boy-nara first blog that was both openly naramis friendly and willing to interact with this blog, very proud of our collab and I’m almost done with the last two panels of the confession post - I have had So much fun collaborating with them and the mun is a p great friend - also I think the lil naramis project we’ve made is what the naramis community deserves tbh
@giorollz even though I think she follows me, and I’ve spoken to her, I am still very intimidated… tbh even though naramis was always on this blog since the first answer (of which I will be referencing again later oOoOoOoOo) the fugio on her blog helped it become a lot more public and open I think…

shout out to all the narancia blogs I follow especially fem narancia, I wanna interact but I am Nervous, and also the narancia that made the unforgettable naramis comic and the nb gay-straight relationship fugo comic, I love the pointy style a lot and I love the comics - also shout out to the one narancia with the feral looking pfp that like… ate a can of beans(?) whole in one ask, top notch content 10/10
@gangstars-on-vacation-not this blog wins the funny award and also their fugo has become my baselines for “this is what fugo is supposed to look like” and it has influenced my drawings

He and Jolyne get along pretty well, though they took a while to acclimate to each other at first. Like cats.
Since he never saw the point of baby talk, he’d been speaking to her like she was an adult since they met. (She greatly enjoyed this as a child, and did her best to respond in kind, but of course as an adult she doesn’t notice.)

He had already used Hierophant Green’s mind control ability before meeting Dio, but not like that. He got pretty soured on it after his time with Dio, so he doesn’t use it unless he feels he has no recourse.

When he was growing up, his parents would talk about the future with phrases like “when you have children,” so he grew up with the assumption he’d eventually have some.
He always thought that, at best, it was one of those things adults pretend to like for long enough that they trick themselves into liking it. Then he actually became an adult* and realized, no, there are people who actually want to be parents.
He doesn’t think he’d make a good father, so he wouldn’t seek out parenthood, but if he ended up with kids, he’d want to be at least more present than his parents were for him.

With his honor student attitude and how much he paints, you’d think he’d be a member of the school art club, but he doesn’t actually have any extracurriculars. It’s not because he changed schools; he’s just really bad at socializing, so he always wants to go straight home after school.
(Having one [1] whole friend changed this routine somewhat, but he still isn’t in a club.)
