Tide puts her hand to her chin suddenly, her brow furrowing slightly in thought Tide: Actually.. since the tower doubles as a library and a observatory... that... technically means that Clockwork... Has FOUR jobs at once? Tide: Could NOT be me haha! Tide chuckles and waves a hand to fan herself off Tide: I get tuckered out too easily! I can't imagine having all those various jobs and weight on my shoulders!

Tide: Clockwork.. really is a impressive pokemon.. I don't know how he does it.. It's amazing... Carrot gives Tide a side glance, holding a strange and nervous expression Carrot:... I think he w-would.. appreciate you saying that.. Tide: O-oh I could never haha! I don't wanna bubble on at him! He's a very busy pokemon after all! He probably gets compliments all the time anyways! Carrot remains silent, getting a weird look and shuffling around in the purse Tide looks back up at the large pokemon with a smile Tide: I am actually on my way to meet with him now! I need to pick up some special books as a favor.. Just real quick though! I don't wanna be too late for work! Tide: You are more than welcome to come along and meet him if you want to! :0 He seems intimidating at first but in my experience he's been very sweet and kind!

[ @ask-a-silvy ] Shauna @Kyo: [I really like your bracelet! It's very pretty. Are you having any fun so far? I know I am!]

She held the above note as she stood before Kyo. Once more she was considerably more calm and collected, though she still smiled and her tail still lightly wagged.

"Oh! How very kind of you," Kyo said. "I received it as a gift from an acquaintance, an Ogerpon named Aya. She doesn't seem to be very happy with me, not that I can entirely fault her." Kyo fiddled with the bracelet a bit, smiling as she thumbed through each charm. "Even so, a lot of thought and care went into the creation of this bracelet. I quite treasure it because of that. It is not very often I receive such thoughtful gifts."

Kyo let out a giggle. "I am having a wonderful time. Surrounded by beautiful people, strong drinks, and magic in the air! What fun isn't there to be had?" she answered. The coquito was certainly making her loosen up a bit.

Lief @Mystery Vulpix: "Don't have a name, huh? Heard that one before. More like you refuse to tell us who you actually are."

The Vulpix turned to look at the Sylveon/Ribombee hybrid. His presence did give them a bit of surprise, as up to now Mint was the only hybrid they'd interacted with. They thought a bit about his words. There was a bit of truth to them.

They did have a name, though it was more of a "designation" than a proper name like near anyone else had. After a bit of thought, they decided to humor Lief's statement by finally telling everyone.

"'Monarch Experiment 01'." They answered blankly in response to him. "That is the closest thing I have to a name. ... You can see why I do not want people to call me that, aside from being a mouthful."

"Definitely not like any name you have heard, I can assume. I am taking suggestions for an alternative name that's more... normal sounding."

"the universe is always expanding, is it not? just like Us," the giant blacephalon record scratches out. "everything gets bigger with time. most things. but if you are confined to a single, tiny planet, how can you expect to grow as large and opulent as Us? that is why We are always on the move." the blacephalon's head bobs once as it spins, as if sighing.

"why yes, We were once small. as are most infant whelps. however, We have always kept a healthy diet since We were a child. We absorb plenty of nutrients."

"that is how one grows, is it not? of course, not everyone is made for greatness. what is it that they say? We are simply 'built different,' haha."
