[The tower does not seem to be on fire, but there does appear to be an intimidating red glow that illuminates the entire room from outside the tower's windows.]

[...However, no matter how much CODY wanders around, you can't seem to trigger an encounter with CHARIZARD. You lift your thumb off of the D-Pad for just a moment. Releasing them from your control allows CODY to speak again.]
