oof ‘danger’ is actually a chapter title! it’s the first chapter of a king/knight au titled ‘to hurt with grace and fight with honor.’ dream is a knight & george is the king; their kingdom is under attack and dream has to figure out a way to keep everyone safe & lead an army while navigating his feelings for his childhood best friend, king george :]

this one is for the DNF super nova so it’s gonna be long and it’ll be a looong time until i can finally post it. (and it’s giving me a headache. i’m so behind schedule. going crazy. Anyways.)

The 1989 vaults really grew on me. I liked them all at first but after listening to them over and over, they’re so good

Fanfic, and interest in fandom doesn’t have some sort of maximum age. So it’s totally fine to be like 30 and be into dream

That being said you’d think if you’re 30+ you’d have morals and realizes what we’re talking about here

there are people of all ages in this fandom and that’s perfectly okay but you’re not in a moral high ground for your age nor are you better than everyone else for thinking that it’s okay to include real life, traumatic, and triggering events as plot devices to justify even more traumatic and triggering events. if you like to fantasize about the people you stan suffering then go ahead but don’t make it my problem

well obviously they would think it’s okay to talk about the allegations in fanfiction if they think it’s okay to include boundary breaking ships and doxxed info in said fanfiction! i’m not shocked.

The way the fic author decided to delete the fic and there’s still weirdos going to battle rn

the censorship argument from people who’ve said themselves they haven’t read the fic hence there’s no way they know how insensitive it was towards the whole situation. if you’re gonna write stuff like that you should at least tag it. it was never tagged. it was never fixed. i reached out to the author to correct it & she decided to delete herself.

i have no idea when or how we’ve lost the plot like this honestly but these are serious real life allegations that still haven’t been resolved. dream is dealing with this currently and these people say that it’s okay to fantasize with it never getting better and his friends dropping him over it as long as it’s “tagged appropriately”. breathtaking.

what fic what happened??? and most importantly who even was the author

someone posted a fic last night that featured some very sensitive and even triggering topics, and dteam was very awfully mischaracterized to make them. bad people basically. and it was not tagged appropriately so i sent a dm to the author to see if it could be fixed and she took it down. i obviously felt very strongly about it but i tried to be decent in dm’s otherwise i wouldn’t have accomplished anything with it 🤷🏽‍♀️ the fic is down now & she understood why she shouldn’t have done it and that’s what matters

edit: i’m seeing some people say that having that fic deleted is a form of censorship and i want to clarify i never Asked the person to delete, she decided to do it herself. she said she’d tagged it appropriately now but she only added tags for one of the things that were lacking them and not the rest, and the rating was still wrong, which is why i reached out to try to get it properly fixed. i made it clear that i was not telling her to delete, just clear some stuff up, and choosing to do so was her decision.
