I need to involve you guys more. Here’s a simple trend that looks like fun. So ask me all the things!!! ((Wall of text below)) As an artist who’s trying her best to get her name out there, the erratic fluctuation of instagram ‘followers’ is absurd. And as I try my best to not let it bother me, it sometimes still does. I know it’s not about the numbers. I tell myself that, and that it’s about the people I inspire. I know I don’t interact with my followers or do raffles or whatever, but that’s because I am still not used to Instagram as a platform. To me it’s just about mostly posting my sketches and doodles. It’s user friendly and allows me to hit multiple places for posting art (tumblr, Twitter). I don’t have time to submit every single art piece on the various platforms I do use. I just don’t. With that, I don’t have time to upload gorgeous artwork every single day. I’m still learning about digital artwork and painting and have to basically teach myself different tactics. Even still, my process is still slow. I know many of you won’t read all of this. I may gain two followers and then my count goes back to a lower amount. I hope I influence some of you. I know not everyone uses these sites or platforms and I’m the most talkative on telegram and have many friends there, but again they may not use these things.
