Been working on the next episode of #askanactor and decided to try and grab some screenshots to use as the thumbnail on YouTube.

Not an easy task with my face...

In this video: a 2 hour make up process in 5 mins.

The idea behind the design is 'high visibility from a distance.' This is more for stage than film. So the idea isn't to have something massively complicated/intricate... Rather something that gives an easily identifiable character from 10+ feet away.

This is the face of someone who knows they’re going to be awake until 2am taking their makeup off.

Make up: this time is all Snazaroo, black and white only. Make up brushes were used... nothing fancy, you can pick up everything cheaply (I try to avoid expensive specialist stuff where possible.)
