I honestly laughed so hard when Tyler got dumped (at least in my play through). Bc he was in the villa for what? A couple hours at most? And then the fact that all the islanders were like “he’ll be missed” like we did a challenge with the guy then he got booted?😂

While I’m enjoying ppl outside of the v0l//tron fandom making fun of how kl*nc* shippers are going to react to nge, does it being on Netflix really going to bring new fans? U can literally go on any anime site and watch it there

I think it’s more of the hype really, it being featured on a streaming site is a big deal to a lot of people for some reason. A lot of antis/purity police will probably just watch it because everyone else is watching (nothing wrong with that, just saying) and that’s how you stay relevant on fandom tumblr/twitter, stick with the popular trends, especially if you’re a content creator. So yeah it being on Netlfix may actually bring in new fans.

I think the hype is more of a... community thing? Like a few weeks ago, Twitch was streaming Pokemon. Pretty sure you can watch Pokemon online anywhere too, but thousands of people tuned in to Twitch to watch anyway. The nostalgia + watching at the same time as others is a fun experience for a lot of people, so I think nge will be the same
