I can imagine it might be tough for him having someone else get Heather's attention after being an only child for so long. Does he ever fight with you about stuff like that?

A: He never FIGHTS with me. Sometimes he does nice things. But I feel that when he’s nice to me it’s because he HAS to, not because he WANTS to.

A: Heather tells me it’s because he is growing, and his ‘hormones’ are whats making him act this way. It makes Heather sad when she sees what he does, and I don’t like seeing her sad. Do you know how to make someone like you?

Yes and yes, much to the chagrin of her current partner. Not too much in public, she’s not into that look but a handhold or gentle space invasion isn’t out of the question.

Aurora? No. But she has that capacity in her. One of her personalities is much more free in terms of those sorts of things. Aurora is kind of the middle ground between the chaste and overly religious Jeanne-Marie and the unnamed woman who is much more impulsive etc.| How long until they feel secure and comfortable in a relationship? 

Depends on the person she is with, really. Usually when things get ‘serious’ is when she feels like she can probably relax a little and not be so concerned. She just tries to stay self-aware of the relationship and herself in relation to it so she doesn’t end up with another abusive asshole or falling into something that isn’t right for her.
