"Shatter"

Send me “Shatter” and I’ll write a scene where your character breaks my character’s heart.

It wasn’t intentional. 

Dipper had done it before, not thinking of her before what he wanted, but she’d learnt better than to overreact. They weren’t twelve anymore. They were seventeen. And sitting on his bedroom floor, and had come to the certain conclusion that they weren’t applying for the same colleges. 

It wasn’t a big dramatic heart shattering moment. Just an ‘oh.’ A deflation. Her brother had been there, for everything, and now there was a distinct possibility they wouldn’t be living together.

“Hey-- heh-- maybe we’ll both get rejected--”

"Hey, uh- great uncle ford? Can I ask you something..?" The 15 year old asked and peaked in to the basement of the shack, he didn't know who else he could trust with it, and he'd probably made a mistake be even telling ford... But he trusted him.

Looking up from whatever he had been reading at the time, Ford turned to his nephew with an easy smile. “Sure thing, Dipper. What’s on your mind?”

"Told'ya we'd meet again!" The demon cackled as he slammed ford against the wall with a Flick of his fingers, "but look at me! I have to have a stupid vessel just to talk to you! You ruined me ford! I had it all then you had to send me back to hell! it's hot down there you know!" Bill yelled at ford towards the end but then went back to laughing, "but hey, let bygones be bygones right? The past is in the past!"

“Bill–!” The man struggled to speak once being thrown against the wall. Just Bill’s presence had Ford’s mind racing, trying to piece together both how he managed to return, and what the quickest solution would be. He growled, trying to pry himself from the wall and out of Bill’s grasp, but he didn’t have much to say in return.

Dipper slowly woke up, his vision blurry.. He felt sick to his stomach.. Closing his eyes once more then opening them again, the tops of the trees now coming in to vision- he was in the woods, definitely the woods, once he heard the voice hang up on the phone he jumped up and looked around, the teens eyes meeting with the figure of a man in his 30s. He didn't say anything.. He just waited for the man to talk.

Dean blinked, lowering his phone and sliding it back into his pocket. “You okay, kid? Do you remember anything?” He crouched down beside him, looking him over. This case had been one bizarre thing after another, and this just seemed to be the icing on the cake…

Truthfully, Mabel had forgotten about the timer counting down on her wrist. Sure, she’d look at the cuff that covered it and remember that it was there, but then it would fade from her mind in an instant. So when she heard a beeping noise immediately after bumping into the alternate version of her brother, she was clueless about what was going on.

And then she looked down at the cuff, 00:00:00 glowing bright red through the fabric. “Don’t tell me…” her sentence trailed off as she slowly looked up from the timer and to Dipper, eyes wide with a myriad of emotions swirling through them. She was speechless for once in her life.

"Master dipper? I got those papers for guys night..." Bill peaked in to the bedroom where Mabel and dipper left, his eyes widening as he saw Mabel with nothing but thing panties and a bra on, she was getting dressed. Bill blushed knowing she heard him. "Sorry sorry so sorry mistress I didn't mean to-"

“Oh, are those for Dipper? I’ll take them,” Mabel merely draped her robe over her shoulders as she strode over to the open door. She wasn’t at all ashamed of her body and she was in her own home; she didn’t see the point in covering herself up. Taking the papers from him and setting them on the desk she shared with Dipper, she looked at Bill, “Stop apologizing so much. Don’t you have some other chore to do?”

"I don't know where she is... I was looking for her when I came across you.." He looked away.

“I hope she didn’t switch places with me when I fell into this universe. She’d have all my fun over there,” she muttered the last part to herself before walking away, half expecting the other to follow.
