Zero pauses. “A-ah, sorry, I’m just not used to the eye getting....compliments! It’s flattering.....sorry for shouting.” They clear their throat. “Anyway, I learned how to fly from my dad, but I don’t think the wings I have actually let me fly, I think it’s more...levitation for my species. I-I kinda just flutter them when I’m happy, really.” They sound a little embarrassed about that. “So I don’t think I’d be able to show you how, cuz you look like you have proper flight wings...sorry.”
