"Hellooo! Other Daddy?! I got a present for you! And other Uncle Lemmy and Junior, too! I even brought a friend over to play with us!" A familiar voice echoes in the barracks as it calls out for Igor. (Koopa Bros.)
The Koopa Bros. are patrolling the halls when they hear a voice. (And by patrolling, we mean “fooling around and doing nothing important”.)
RED NINJAKOOPA: Halt! Who goes there?
GREEN NINJAKOOPA: (It’s not a g-ghost, is it?)
BLACK NINJAKOOPA: (If it was, rumors would have spread like wildfire by now.)
RED NINJAKOOPA: Bros, get into position! It could be a thief!
GREEN NINJAKOOPA: But how can he get up here?
YELLOW NINJAKOOPA: He could be a Paratroopa thief! [Gasp.] You think
While the other Ninjakoopas bicker and speculate, Melanazo starts to walk in the direction of the voice, eyes searching. A moment later, he spots a child calling for his “other daddy”.
BLACK NINJAKOOPA: Hey, are you lost, kid? Maybe we can help you out. (Once my brothers stop acting like idiots.)

Larry had just finished running an errand for Ludwig and Kamek. Nothing major, just a lot of running around and collecting herbs and crystals for their tutoring sessions. Most of the herbs were no problem, but the petals of an Amayzee Dayzee is a tall task for one Koopa.
Shuffling about the meadows in search for the elusive Dayzee, he spotted a small figure. He swallowed up his nerves and approached it, hoping his search would be over. His face fell in disappointment, then cringed in worry. The figure, as it turned out, was a small child, identical in species and hair color as him, and appeared to be hurt. He stepped closer.
