:C :C :C I don’t know if that’s someone else’s journal, or something you yourself write in, but journaling has been such a great thing for me personally lately. It’s sad I don’t see you around as much but mostly because it means you’re not doing great

That’s my bullet journal, though two of the pages contain copied or basically-copied text from The Artist’s Way. :) Bullet journaling has overall been helpful in trying to get some kind of structure to my life and getting things done. I also have been writing Morning Pages pretty much every morning for the last 2-3 months, and that’s helped some with my mental health. I still have trouble judging my energy levels and dealing with disruptions to my plans, though, so it’s hard.

Hoping boyfriend can move over here later this year, which should help with my stability. Also finally got a referral to CBT, so hoping I get to start that some time this fall. (There’s a line, of course...)

yeah he thought Tech was a dead body in the snow and he did his darned best to be respectful and bury him but tech is a tol man and well if he’s dead then he’s not gonna really neeeeed those big sturdy boots

They are about five sizes too big and smell dreadful but they ward off frost bitten toes :D
