I feel like Ziggs does a lot of household things naked. He has to take showers so often due to....cough...inventions gone wrong.
"Oh! Nice outfit!"
“Heh, thanks.” The yordle’s eyes widen as he sees who he’s talking to. “Woah! Yer that, rat fella from Zaun ain’t cha? Tweak or Fitch or somthin right?”
"Hey, Veigar! How do these books strike yo-" Twitch stops mid-sentence and stares at the white-clad yordle. "Oh, no. Not this again..."
“Oh hello. I’m sorry if my appearance startled you. Are you perhaps looking for me?” White-mage Veigar said in a timid voice. “What can I help you with friend?”
Twitch crouches by the door, invisible, rubbing his paws. He'd been thinking of this little vengeance scheme for a week now, and he'd finally decided to put it into play. When a rather disgruntled customer exited the shop, the rat took advantage of the opening to slip in... only for his invisibility to drop in shock at Cyrus' state.

Cyrus had just gotten through with a drunken rant at a customer and was winding up to throw a vial at them when he noticed the rat near the entrance. To a sober version of himself, he’d recognize this as Twitch, the rat who knocked him out with KO gas earlier. But, in his extreme state of inebriation, Cyrus just belched and slurred “y-you gonna get mad at me too, rrrat?” before opening another Graggy Ice and taking a few chugs.
