Excellent! First of all, you have to consider what the goal of your new team is. For example, I started Team Rocket for the sake of getting our hands on strong Pokémon for money and power and to conquer the world! Next, you need to search for similar-minded people and appoint a few trusted executives in your new organization. After that, you should make your team’s name more well-known in your region, preferably by causing some havoc and hiring some grunts to do all the legwork for you. Finally, the last and most important point is to be prepared with a strong Pokémon team in case a nosy kid decides to interfere in your team’s plans, as it has been with several of the other team leaders I have met in the past.

Depending on your team’s goals, I might even consider allowing you to join my Team Rainbow Rocket to conquer not only the world we live in now, but the ones from the other universes, together!

Go speak to my secretary about it. Don’t worry about what it says on the contract… it’s just a bunch of meaningless legal jargon. After you have sworn loyalty to Team Rocket, you may approach Petrel in the other room for your new uniform. All recruits get 3 full uniform sets for free. And of course you are free to use any Pokémon you already have in your possession. I am looking forward to hearing news of your endeavours in Team Rocket!
