askmexpepperpotts requires assistance
“Ms. Potts. I was wondering if I could help. You always work so hard.”

Steve shifted nervously as he stared at Tony’s CEO. She was supposed to take him shopping for new clothes since Bucky was away on a mission right now and couldn’t do it. “I understand if you’re too busy to take me. I can wait until Bucky gets back.” He would understand if she was scared of him, most people were.
As if I'd miss out on these, psssh. ☑ ☒

The woman always seemed to be working. Even when she was at home, she was on the phone or something obnoxious. His first attempts at getting her attention was simply taking over the device, drowning out whoever was distracting her in a sea of static.
That got him a nasty look instantly.
Whatever.
The machine pouted while he watched her work. Pepper had her back to him, her fingers working delicately over a keyboard. She was elegant in everything she did.
And she belonged to him.
Then the new idea struck, with a devilish smile Ultron approached her. He leaned down slowly, then bit down on her shoulder earning him a surprised gasp.
“I’m going to have to call you back.”
☒
“How could you?”
Pepper rubbed her temples as she sat down. “You weren’t supposed to-,”
“Know? To see? And that makes it okay? You did that with him?! You know how I feel about Stark.”
It didn’t make it okay. She knew it and it was far too late to turn the tables on the automaton. How he’d practically integrated himself with every piece of tech he could gets his hands on. And if that technology every came close to another, he’d have access to that too.
Ultron was everywhere.
“I’m sorry… I really am… if I could make it right, I would.”
“I hate you.”
He said that word, yet here he was in her arms, face buried in her shoulder. And that made it even worse because she could see what he really was. A broken child hiding himself in armor and hatred.
“I hate you…”
I need peptron while on Hiatus so pls I beg you: Warmth & Murder
Beware! Death and lots of blood below
Drabble: Hustle me (b/c it's probably hilarious for them to) and Song
Hustle Me: I’ll write a drabble about our characters hustling.
This wasn’t usually her style. Actually it wasn’t at all, but Ultron had a point. Violence is the only universal language and it sure as hell got people to do anything they could to avoid it.
“This is Ultron. He’s my assistance,” the woman said softly, gesturing to the machine who cocked his head when mentioned. “His least favorite word is no.”
The poor individual behind the desk was already quaking in fear, his wide eyes as he looked between his guests.
“So I think you’d be very interested in doing business with us,” Pepper said witha bright smile, bringing a small box to the table.
__
“That went smoothly.”
“You said I would get to hit him.”
“If he said no.”
The automaton was clearly frustrated, not even bothering to look at his partner in crime. After all, he just made this horrible little creation and had it sold for momentary units that he wouldn’t be getting.
Pepper got spending money.
He didn’t get to hurt anyone.
This was a bust.
Song: My character singing a song to yours, or vice versa.
Perhaps it was a bit much to expect a being of violence to simply become a gentle giant. When Ultron felt upset, he would break things. When Ultron felt… well anything at all he would generally go with breaking things.
Having an AI with pent up anger and no outlet wasn’t good. He got to a point where he’d ‘shut off’, the first time it happened Pepper had been terrified. Doing everything in her power to get him to respond to anything at all.
The lights were still on, but no one was home.
The next few times didn’t cause a panic, but she was still concerned.
Then she found a remedy, at least what she hoped to be a remedy. Pepper would rest the machine’s head on her lap.
Will the circle be unbroken
Her fingers delicately traces his features.
By and by, by and by
His systems would hum.
Is a better home awaiting
She’d kiss his forehead.
In the sky
She wasn’t sure if it did anything, but she could swear he came to much sooner.
In the sky.

Turning randomly was always a pain, and not just in the literal physical sense, but in the anytime-anywhere-oh shit seriously here? sense. And when it was daylight and closer to a waning moon than a waxing one it was practically impossible to predict.
But it happened, and she’d shifted, and now Darcy was hiding out in what she thought was a rarely used office in the Stark Industries major operations building. It didn’t smell like anyone had come in for a few days at least, any way. Sniffing around, she made small grumbled and huffs to herself, because there were actually things she wanted to get done today. Her movements all stopped though, ears perked, as the sound of footsteps echoed in the hall outside and came to a stop in front of the door she’d slammed shut behind her.
