The T-51b’s always were a little tight around the cojones. Should have warned you. They fixed that in… later models.
It's cool, no lasting damage to worry about. If you come across an improved model, I could probably be talked into giving it another go.

Several hours later, Sam is freed from the power armor, and after a tedious trek home, he's sitting in the shower with a bucket of ice, a towel, and several bottles of water on his sensitive bits.
"I ought to punch Vas. In his junk. But that wouldn't be nice... funny, but rude. Honest mistake, him not thinking about those iron underpants squishing things around. Maybe he's used to it? Knows to hold himself just right so things line up square." Sam cringes as he puts a freshly chilled bottle in place, and slumps against the shower wall.
