Using the bamboo as support, Alessa made her way through the forest to the familiar orochi village that had become her second home. Gritting her teeth with the effort it took to put one foot in front of the other, she shook off the post-'walk fog and focused on just making it to the gates. Nodding at the guards, she tried to straighten herself slightly, and they allowed her to pass after the normal round of scrutiny. Heaving a sigh of relief, she set herself back to the task of walking. "If I remember right..." She muttered to herself, counting the modest huts in her head. Pausing, she checked the surroundings to make sure she had the right one. Forcing herself to take a deep breath, she made her way up the short walkway and knocked. "Hopefully Sai's even home..." She murmured under her breath, rubbing her temples and trying to tap while she waited for a response.

"We haven't known eachother for very long but I...uh... You're actually pretty cool and everything and I'm glad we're friends but... Those rumors about us might be going around because I might've drunkenly exclaimed a certain something one time or another... It was a mistake really! I didn't even mean any of what I might've said so just... shut up."

Whimpering, relief flooded through her at the sight of the orochi. She held as still as possible as he undid the knots on her gag and restraints.
