First there was screaming, distant yet horrific. The voices of one hundred demons and malevolent spirits crying out in rage and sorrow at once. The infernal screaming died down and was replaced by screams of villagers running in fear, but even that is short lived as they quieted down in their hiding places.

Anyone brave enough to investigate after that cacophonous display would find a run down little hamlet with cottages in disrepair, hauntingly quiet and seemingly abandoned if not for a few individuals simply hiding behind a wall or the odd large rock... As well as the more easily spotted canine beast sitting out in the open in the middle of the Hamlet, looking slightly perplexed by the sudden emptiness of the area.

The beast towers over even the largest of dogs and sports a stature even the mightiest warrior would envy. Its imposing maw hangs open, revealing more fangs than is proper for a wolf and fire unhindered by the saliva dripping forth. The smell of brimstone hangs in the air and a glowing red rift in space slowly closes behind the monster. Surely this is a mighty and infernal hound emerged from the depths of hell.

For the art meme: Jack of the future in all the ones from 1 and 2, please? Seeing him in all the ones from 4 might be good too (I'm just imagining how pissed he's gonna be when he finally gets his sword back and takes out Aku-sshh, I know it might not happen, let me dream) but honestly the poor man has suffered enough, just let him rest.

Consider: Jack petting and cuddling and playing with mabari puppies. Or just any puppies. Just. Jack being happy and playing with dogs.

//First off, I’d like to apologize for my extended absence on this blog. I had business to do on a different blog, and I’m still running that one in tandem with this one.

     1. I’ll only be updating at least once or twice a week. This rule mostly only applies to asks, since roleplay takes a lot more creative energy and updates for that are rather sporadic.      2. This blog will undergo a soft reset. What that means is that I won’t be resetting the whole blog, I’ll just be deleting some of the answers that inadvertently messed with the canon of this blog.      3. I’ll also be setting up a character page of sorts for the Samurai Jacks, one for each. These are for giving you guys a general summary of what the asks have revealed about him. The ASKS, yes. The show doesn’t cover some other personal information about him, so to differentiate my interpretations (and to provide a reference so that you don’t have to worry about double-asking) from others’, that will be there.
