@Anon It's appropriation if they desecrate the sacred traditions and/or they are profiting off of them and things that are sacred or meaningful to them. Buying THEIR jewelry is not appropriation. You're just making it more difficult for natives to point out ACTUAL cultural appropriation and turning people off from interacting with the natives and the parts of their culture they CAN share. You're not helping anyone out at all.

Hanzo never used to be one to save another’s life - unless it directly benefited him or the Shimada at the time, of course. It seemed useless to prolong the inevitable. If the individual didn’t want to fall victim to the cruelties of life maybe they should have been more careful. 

However, he found it difficult to feel that way anymore. Ever since meeting with his brother - who was miraculously alive if newly built as a machination of robot and human - innocent life appeared to be so much more precious, death so preventable. He still saw no remorse in the assassination of those who deserved it, but civilians could be saved, they could live on. 

He thought about this after killing two notorious killers in the woods outside the city. Interestingly enough, one had already been slaughtered when he got there, the two remaining scrambling around in a panic. That made them easy to eliminate, his eyes drawing to a trail of blood in the snow. 

A moment passes before he jumps from the branches, following the trail to find a woman collapsed, supposedly wounded. The thought occurs to leave her, but he ignores it, kneeling down and carefully shaking her shoulder. 

“大丈夫ですか?” he speaks softly but firm, “Are you alright?”
