To keep it simple: the face mouth is for communication! She does have teeth and tongue there, but just for articulation; this mouth isn’t linked with her stomach and she’ll probably choke if she tries to eat with the “normal” one.While the belly mouth is just for eating, she’s incapable to talk with that one.
