(askthegreenknight)Today was ribbon day which meant people would be busy all day with the festival and the coming ball. It also meant Link had to take his job more seriously because ribbon day was one of those days when people could get closer to the Princess, and if Green wanted to give her some ribbons he had to act fast. So when the boy went to report the start of his current shift to the Princess he proceeded to give her the Red ribbon he had spent the night before working on.

The young monarch glanced up from her paperwork, her cheeks heating up slightly as her gaze fell upon the red ribbon that Green had presented her. She then gently took it from his hands and tied it around her neck. “Thank you, Green.” she spoke softly, her lips forming a warm smile. “I have a ribbon for you as well.” she said quietly, shyly revealing a bright red ribbon with a few small designs sewn designs on it. “I..got scolded for staying up late to work on it, but I didn’t want it to be a plain old red ribbon.” she admitted, her blush deepening a bit as her sapphire blue eyes met with his.

Link managed to find Thelva's camp, but to not alarm the rest of the Gerudo, he decided to send a note with yellow and violet ribbon with a merchant that was passing by. The note read: "I could say the same to you, take care." (askthegreenknight)

Thelva smiled at the note, tying the ribbon around her pinky. She resolved to take a trip to Hyrule soon.

Green was patrolling around the edges of Castle Town when he spotted something that caught his attention, a man had emerged from a cloud of smoke. ‘Could it be a monster?’ He thought to himself as he  approached the figure cautiously.

Once Link was close to this figure he noticed it looked exactly as a traveling Hylian so he decided it was best to ask if he wasn’t hurt. ”Uhm excuse me…”he said as he tapped on the fellow Hylian’s shoulder. “Are you okay? I saw you coming out of a cloud of smoke. Where you trying to use magic?”

<🌙> - The newly changed Hylian let out a yelp in surprise, having been too focused on trying to figure out what the fuck happened to have noticed Green walk up to him. "Huh-?" He whirled around, slapping his hand away nervously. "D-dun touch me!" he growled, though it came out higher than expected. Oh gods, was his voice more high-pitched than usual? Fuck that! "Go 'way, Green, yer the last person I wanna talk ta right now!"

<🌙> - It was weird... Green didn't seem to recognize him. Was this good-? Well, it certainly meant that a knight of Hyrule didn't recognize a wanted criminal. This was... good? Maybe? Shadow looked around for a mirror or something to see his reflection in. If his claws and sharp teeth were gone, then what else did that mean? And the fact that Green didn't recognize him-! Who else had purple hair in this stupid town?!
