I've been so curious about Qetesh's cutie mark.. The first time I saw it I was like 'This is the newest stage to Ying and Yang.. Ideas fell upon ideas, and I'm just 'I GOTTA USE THIS' So I want to ask, is this property of Qetesh's butt or was it a reference of something that could've inspired it?

No, the symbol is not property of her butt ;) It actually is a symbol that is quite widely used. It has different meanings depending on context, but if you want to know why Qetesh has it as her cutie mark, read this Wikipedia article. I think that should tell enough :)
