Aah, I see. Affiled with Homeworld or the Crystals, or something in-between? Well, he. More like Pyrite considering he works under them.

Yeah. He thinks if he takes out the crystal gems the homeworld gems will reward him, Granite just doesn’t care. However, even with Granite backing him up, Pyrite is a coward and will run is someone even looks at him in a fight, so whatever real damage they could do is nil.

Seems like a brute-force weapon. Does Granite have any sort of personality yet?

He does actually. That’s the thing I really worked on is his story and stuff. Granite is a Mineral, lower class types of gems. He’s a brutish, filthy sort with a gruff cockney accent. He works under another mineral named Pyrite (fools gold) A sleazy sort who’s sole goal in life is to get the life the actual gems have at any cost, and Granite is his muscle.

No way! I’m lovin that someone cares about Granite. It is indeed. A sort of granite slab club that chips apart every time he hits something hard, the chips also very damaging.

Granite is indeed a fusion! Two ‘gems’ I have yet to design named Quartz and Feldspar.
