buttercream is REALLY HARD to work with and get right, my cousin is a baker and she always keeps her piping bag in the fridge or the freezer until she’s ready to use it and then keeps all the cupcakes cold too

Siiiiiigh. I hate buttercream! Watching all these just lovely girls do tutorials online and watching their perfect swirls, they all look so effortless. I might have to make some and just practice in a bowl before using it on cupcakes. And try block butter. I don't even add any milk and it's so runny!

i will be in europe for eurovision for the first time ever this year and am planning to watch it in a gay bar somewhere in paris. in your opinion as a european, is this a good plan or a very bad one?

I don’t have a lot of experience with gay bars, but the concept of watching it there and maybe get a little drunk sounds great.
