Hi asmo... I've been feeling really bad about myself recently, what should i do?

Asmo: Hmmmm, I say SPA DAY!!!! Or I believe I have heard humans call it, a ‘self-care’ day? 

I like to make sure first that I have something yummy to eat, like a snack and of course a drink. Nothing that requires cooking and I can just grab. Have that on standby.

Take a nice hot shower or bath, your choice! Relax, take your time. Sometimes that is the best time to let out bottled up emotions. If you like, have a playlist ready to play music, but nothing loud or rowdy. Ambience is best!

Turn off your phone so you are not bothered once you are out of the bath. Get your snacks, and curl up with a movie. Pick out one that you really like and you can get lost in. 

And remember, feeling down about yourself is normal. Don’t beat yourself up over it. Love yourself always and treat yourself well. Asmo believes in you!

Drink some water, sleep well, talk a small walk! Fresh air and a bit of sunlight is good for you! But use sunscreen k?

Ok, I know I look, act, and even sound like I'm in my 40s or 50s, but it may surprise you to learn that I'm actually only 36.
