In Orthopedics, I think the patient should able to stand using his hands while pushing on the grip of the crutches to avoid the axilla being compressed too much. Look at Sarawat’s crutches, it’s not apt for his 6 foot height. lol.

Never thought that I’ll go black with coffee. I have tried brewed and black coffee. But this has been the best tasting coffee black to me. I has a rich taste that adding sugar will make it wrong.
